1. Company Information:-
Explore Majan is an inbound tourism company based in the Sultanate of Oman, providing tour packages, excursions, transport services, and related tourism activities.
2. Booking & Payments:-
2.1 Booking Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed only after written confirmation from us and receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
- We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
2.2 Payment Terms
- A deposit of [50%] may be required at the time of booking.
- Full payment must be received [2 days] prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed.
- Payments can be made via [bank transfer / online payment gateway / cash / etc.].
2.3 Pricing
- All prices are quoted in [OMR/USD] unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel increases, government fees, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy:-
3.1 Cancellation by Client
If you cancel your booking:
- More than [20 days] before arrival: [Full refund]
- [10- 19 days] before arrival: [50% of the total amount]
- Less than [10 days] before arrival: [No refund]
- No-shows are non-refundable.
3.2 Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to:
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Safety concerns
- Force majeure events
In such cases, clients will be offered:
- A rescheduled date, or
- A refund (excluding non-recoverable third-party costs, if applicable)
4. Travel Documents & Insurance:-
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any required travel documentation to enter Oman.
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, cancellation, and personal belongings.
Explore Majan shall not be liable for losses arising from inadequate documentation or lack of insurance.
5. Health & Safety:-
- Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or physical limitations at the time of booking.
- Participation in certain activities (e.g., desert safaris, trekking, water activities) involves inherent risks.
- By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
6. Liability Limitation:-
Explore Majan acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport operators, activity providers).
We shall not be held liable for:
- Injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party service providers.
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
- Loss of personal belongings.
- Our liability, if proven, shall be limited to the total amount paid for the specific service booked.
7. Changes to Itinerary:-
We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or safety considerations. Equivalent alternatives will be provided where possible.
8. Intellectual Property:-
All content on www.exploremajan.com — including text, images, logos, branding, and materials — is the property of Explore Majan and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
9. Privacy:-
By using our website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law:-
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.
11. Amendments:-
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
