Nakhal

• Nakhal For:- Nakhal Fort, also known as Husn Al Heem, is one of Oman's most iconic and well-preserved forts. The fort houses a museum operated by the Ministry of Tourism, showcasing historic guns, handicrafts, and other artifacts. A weekly Friday goat auction market takes place within the precincts of the fort, adding to its cultural vibrancy. • Ain Al Thawarah Hot Springs:- Located a few kilometers from Nakhal Fort, Ain Al Thawarah is a natural hot spring that gushes forth from the wadi walls and is directed into a falaj (irrigation channel) for the irrigation of the surrounding plantations. The warm mineral water flows year-round and is known for its therapeutic properties. Visitors can enjoy the scenic beauty of the area, with the spring surrounded by lush date palm groves. The spring is one of the most popular tourist sites in Al Batinah South Governorate.
